My stay was quite disappointing due to cleanliness issues in the apartment, which ultimately led us to check out early. The staff did attempt to help with housekeeping, but the initial state of the room was unacceptable. On a positive note, the housekeeping service offered excellent attention and dedication in another review, which suggests that some staff members are doing great work. However, our experience left much to be desired overall.
