My stay was quite disappointing due to cleanliness issues in the apartment, which ultimately led us to check out early. The staff did attempt to help with housekeeping, but the initial state of the room was unacceptable. On a positive note, the housekeeping service offered excellent attention and dedication in another review, which suggests that some staff members are doing great work. However, our experience left much to be desired overall.

The hotel is located near the center of Dubai, offering a spacious and tidy 2-bedroom apartment, which I appreciated during our short stay. The staff surprised us with a cake for my birthday, showcasing their thoughtful nature. However, construction noise during the morning and some missing amenities detracted from the overall experience. The swimming pool was a nice retreat, and I enjoyed its tranquillity while it wasn't crowded.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially due to the spacious and well-furnished rooms perfect for families. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel right at home. However, the construction nearby often caused noise issues and made the location feel a bit less vibrant. Overall, it’s a great place if you're looking for comfort and value, but be prepared for the ongoing construction around the area.
